Starting Remote Access Connection Manager
If you have a SpeedTouch USB / 330 / PC NIC card and are unable to connect to your ADSL service because the SpeedTouch internet connection has not been created or is inaccessible you will need to check that the Remote Access Connect Manager is running. (Applicable for Windows 2000 and XP).

Instructions:1. Go to the Control Panel
3. Services
4. This will open you local services
5. Click on the Remote Access Connection Manager - ensuring it is selected (highlighted).
6. Click on Start Service.
7. Restart PC
