User Guides for F.A.Q's

Common Problem User Guides

Unable to connect to the internet.

Check LED'S on top of router to determine problem

 Router LED indicators

Unable to connect to internet - @ LED is flashing amber / green, or solid amber. (Power and Ethernet LED'S green)

Your router ISP details must match your ISP network details for the router to authenticate. If the @ LED is flashing amber / green then the router can not authenticate due to a username or password problem.

If the @ led is solid orange, then the service has not been connected.

 Changing the ISP Username/Password

Unable browse into the router using the router IP address (normally 10.0.0.138) due to unknown security I.D.

The router security is user defined and was set during initial router setup. If the router security can not be remembered the unit will need to be hardware reset.

 Hardware Reset Process

Router needs to be re-installed.

Required if router is in the factory default state (All LED's green but unable to access router or internet). Or you are switching ISP's running a different connection type.
