Speedtouch 500 Series Firmware Releases
Products: ST510v4
Note that the latest versions of firmware and drivers available here may be newer than the version shipped and supported by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). We therefore advise all SpeedTouch users to check with their service provider which release that they are currently supporting. Upgrading to a newer release may result in an ISP no longer being able to provide you with technical support for your SpeedTouch product
IMPORTANT NOTE: To UPGRADE we recommend you download the self-extracting files which automatically downloads, unzips the ST510 upgrade folder folder to your desk top and runs the upgrade application. During upgrade the wizard will detect your modem automatically. If the security password has been set the wizard will prompt you for this. If you do not know this you will need to hardware reset the router and run upgrade wizard again.
Once the upgrade is complete you will be prompted for the router security username and password again. If you have upgraded to R4.3. your old security configuration and service configuration are incompatible with the new firmware. To proceed click on CANCEL and run easy setup guide - HERE
