Speedtouch 330 Diagnostic Guide

The Speedtouch 330 modem diagnostic tool is very valuable when troubleshooting any difficulties that may arise with your Jetstream connection. The Speedtouch diagnostic tool will automatically be installed along with the modem drivers when the modem is first installed.

The full Speedtouch 330 Diagnostic Guide can be downloaded by clicking here.

The Speedtouch Diagnostic tool can be found in the Mac Control Strip on the bottom of the screen. Alternatively it can be found by going to the Mac Hard-drive - Applications - Speedtouch - USB.
